Remember “revolution” implies a return, as you can only revolve about a center.

Well, our Revolution of Beauty is not entirely new, it is rather a return to the Eternal Ways of Nature.

Beauty is the fabric of Reality and the Universe.

The revolution you are a part of will continue even after this world and all her people are healed.

You will continue the wonderful deeds you are doing here,

but instead of feeling like you are enacting a Cosmic Revolution to bring planet earth to her proper state of being,

you will simply feel that you are participating in the Natural Flow of Life.

My point to you is:

What is bringing us our victory here on planet earth,

What makes you happier and healthier every day,

The very flow of Life which you took birth on this planet to help empower,

is the SAME flow of Life you will participate in wherever you choose to go next.

So the way to Victory is Eternal.

The successful ways in which you are helping to bring Beauty to this world are Eternal.

Find ye the Eternal ways, the actions and methods of Nature, and ye have found Home.

Our Home is right now,

in doing all the right deeds to bring about our Cosmic Victory here on planet Earth,

the same right actions that will Beautify us in the worlds beyond this one.

So be happy with yourself for having helped so much with this mission, and know that our mission here is a success.

Soon you will see the wonderful result of all our efforts, and will see how it has been worth the effort.

You are beautifying the lives of all the people of the Creation by being here and helping me and the Angels to do this Mission!

Welcome to 2012 !

Things can only get better from now on.

And they are!

I am amazed at how the energy of the planet is improving daily.

I have concluded, based on my interdimensional and future analysis that:

2012 is the Year of Joy!

This is the year where you will find Joy re-enter your life in greater and greater ways.

This is the year where you will find it easier and easier to bring joy to yourself and others.

This is the year where the whole planet can be singing with joy in short order if we do our part to bring the Divine Plan to planet earth.

The Divine Plan can only come through the bodies of people like you.

It comes as a Light from Above, down into your brain and nervous system.

From your brain, the Light of the Divine Plan shoots out through all your nerves, lights up your body, and anchors into the planet through your feet.

Please take a moment now to tune in at the top of your head.

Ask your Highest Self to help you anchor in the Divine Plan for your life and the planet and all of Creation, if you want to

You can be a Cosmic Conduit.

You can help the plan of Heaven to anchor in this world.

Your own life plan, your Soul Mission, is tied in with the Divine plan for this world.

As you bring in the Light from Above, your own life transforms very rapidly!

Magnetics govern everything.

Strong impulses of your own thoughts can change the magnetics of your body and the world.

So think Beautifully and think strongly!

Eat Raw Nuts for Your Brain Happiness

When I was first trying to do the raw food diet, I spent about 3 years eating mostly fruit.

This was not balanced and I had a great difficulty maintaining this diet!

Then I decided to add in leafy greens and other vegetables.

This helped somewhat, but I was still having a daily struggle with my diet and couldn’t find balance or equilibrium.

Then I had the massive Self-initiated discovery of raw nuts!

I realized that I was missing an entire food group!

Nuts are high in fat content, and neither vegetables nor fruit have anywhere near the same ratio of fat content relative to their weight!

Once I added nuts into my diet, I finally achieved stability with my diet and thus my Paradise Diet system was born.

Now my raw food diet is easy for me to follow, and entirely fulfilling.

When I was not eating of the three food groups of fruit, vegetables, and nuts, I was always having cravings for some non-raw foods.

Once I had all three categories of raw food, the three food categories of my Paradise Diet system, flowing through my body, at last all my cravings for non-raw food went away!

Cravings

I personally believe that cravings are mostly due to actual bodily needs, not simply strong emotional connections to prior food consumption patterns.

So if you are craving a certain food, more than likely you have an actual nutritional deficit that you must honor and understand, rather than simply sticking to a mental ideal that is not matching the reality of your body’s needs.

Once I discovered all three food categories of my Paradise Diet, I was obtaining full-spectrum nutrition from my food, and all my cravings went away because I no longer had nutrition imbalances!

Here are the specific benefits of nuts, the last food category which I discovered and which completed my diet:

-Brain Health, nuts are the primary food category needed by your brain. Notice how many nuts look like different parts of the brain, like cashew and walnut for example.

-Sexual Function, nuts are made mostly of fats, and your body needs fats to produce hormones. To have healthy sexual function you must have a sufficient quantity of nuts in your diet.

-Ease of Menstrual Flow, during a girl’s “flow time” as I tend to call it, her body is doing a lot of hormonal changes, and she needs a lot of fat foods to make this process more fun and possibly even quite enjoyable. So if you are a girl and you are struggling with flow time, try eating a much higher quantity of nuts around the time your cycle is starting.

-Mental Expansion, nuts assist you in anchoring more Light into your body, so if you want to be a powerhouse of Cosmic Energy for this planet and everyone on it, make sure you have enough nuts in your diet!

Here are some nuts I especially recommend for human consumption, as long as they are raw and unsalted and unroasted:

Almonds: They relate to the pineal gland

Brazil Nuts: They go to the medualla oblongata and the nervous system in general

Macadamia Nuts: They go to the crown, the top of the brain, and assist your Cosmic Connection

Pistachio: They are very good for your connection to your astral body, your first higher dimensional body, and also are good for your lung region/chest region.

Filbert / Hazelnut: They also go largely to the pineal gland region.

I’ve been very busy these past few weeks facilitating a cleansing of the ethers, the thyroid level of the planet. The ethers are a light blue color, and are a little more subtle than air, and more obvious than static electrical current.

The ethers have been highly distorted on our planet for a long time, making it easy for people to lie to each other and making it hard for sincere people like you to have an easy time hearing the Angels and the voice of Heaven.

Well as the days go by as we are nearing 2012, you will find that you can hear your intuition, the voice of your Soul, and the voice of the Angels, much more easily!

Fresh Vegetables

I had promised to discuss the healing potential of different raw vegetables, and I am going to write a bit about this now!

Please know that what I am presenting is only a brief introduction to a vast topic, and this newsletter segment reflects only a small portion of the information I have available to share with you.

In the near future I will do a telecall on the Paradise Diet, my fresh raw food diet system, so that you can learn how I integrate food with Spirituality and physical beautification.

Here is an introduction to the kind of info I will share in my telecall!

To receive the healing benefits I am describing from the foods below, you must eat the foods in their fresh, raw state. You cannot have the food dried, powdered, or cooked in anyway. The food must be in the same state that it would be in if you found it in nature.

Here are a few vegetables that I really think you should understand, and incorporate if you have the ability.

I apologize if my list does not reflect the foods that are available in your region, as I am most familiar with the vegetables in geographic regions that I have visited.

Leafy Greens - Leafy greens like Kale, Romaine Lettuce, Iceburg Lettuce, and any kind of leafy lettuce are all very important sources of minerals. They are not the strongest vegetables, nor the most colorful, but they definitely have the highest variety of minerals, which your body needs primarily for the electrical balancing of your body. Without sufficient leafy greens in your diet you will not feel as happy or electrically light and free as you could otherwise feel. Eating more leafy greens will make you happier and also help you grow stronger bones and muscle tissue. Again, leafy greens are best for the electrical balance of your body, and your body’s electrical state has a very strong impact on your emotions.

Root Vegetables - Root vegetables like Yam, Beet, Carrot, Jicama, Dikon, and Radish are all most suited for the growth of bone and muscle tissue. Without these foods it will take your muscles much longer to recover after vigorous exercise. One root vegetable or another has always been praised as being the best food for a warrior or person who wants to have strong muscles. But, in fact, all root vegetables contribute massively, in the same way, to your overall bodily strength.

If you are someone who wants to have super-strong bones and muscles, teeth, and hair, eat root vegetables!

Squash - Squash are vegetables like Green Zuccini, Yellow Zuccini, Patty Pans, Pumpkin, Acorn squash, Butternut squash, and many others. These vegetables are all exceptionally good for your bones. If you have teeth issues, hair or nail issues, or just generally want a stronger bigger skeletal frame, you should eat a lot of squash. If you have bone injuries, eat squash. If you are told that you need more calcium in your diet, eat fresh raw squash.

The reason why squash are good for you bones would take a bit of time to explain, and I will discuss this in my near future telecall on the subject

Light Vegetables - Light vegetables include tomato, celery, cilantro, cucumber, parsley, spinach, onion, and many many others. Light vegetables are categorized by me by the fact that if you throw them against a wall, or drop them on the floor, they do not have a strong impact on your wall. Hardy vegetables like root vegetables and squash might break your wall if thrown, and they certainly will not mind being dropped on the floor. Throw a yam and then a tomato against a wall if you are having trouble understanding my categorization system

Light vegetables are good for specific minerals for specific needs, but are not good for body-building or electrical balancing necessarily. To explain the benefits of each of the lighter vegetables would require much time and I will discuss specifics in my near future telecall on this subject.

Eat vegetables for your specific needs.

Mother Nature provides you with sufficient vegetables to customize your diet to your exact needs.

Firs you must identify what your needs are, something I will help you do in the near future Paradise Diet Telecall.

Once you know what your needs are, then you can start identifying vegetables that can help you.

In my Paradise Diet Telecall I will be discussing fruits, vegetables, and nuts that can help you achieve a variety of life goals.

Today I gave you a brief glimpse of how you can use different vegetables to achieve some very important life goals:

For happiness and electrical balance, eat leafy greens.

For body-building, eat root vegetables.

For bone-strengthening, eat squash.

For specific mineral deficiencies or super-efficiencies (obtaining abundance of a certain set of minerals), eat specific light vegetables, the specifics of which I will discuss in near future telecall.

Can you feel it?

Joy and Beauty are growing, world-wide.

I have been very busy these past few weeks and months helping a team of Angels and Prime Creator to more directly affect affairs in this world.

For awhile we, Prime Creator and the Angels, lost control over matter in this world because it became so polluted and misaligned with magnetic as well as electrical and chemical pollutants.

I have been helping the elemental matter of this world to clean itself and heal itself.

I have been working very hard to help the atoms and the water and the rain and the wind to throw off their confusions and reclaim their power.

As we empower the Goddess in all Her aspects in this world, we are freeing ourselves.

The Goddess is embodied not just in female bodies but in all the elements of Nature, the animals, plants, minerals, crystals, and all other life forms on the planet (crystals are life forms, they just don’t have a body like yours ).

As we heal all of elemental matter, the physical matter that makes up our beautiful world, then we are helping the whole planet to heal, and also helping ourselves.

Your body is made of the elemental matter of this world, and so as you pray for and help the elements and the Goddess to heal, you are also helping yourself.

So I encourage you to take some time today to send love and happiness to the elements of this world.

Here’s a little prayer/saying/poem you could tell to the elements to encourage and love them, I am composing this on the spot as I type this:

“Oh Goddess in the form of the Elements of this world,

Thank you for loving and surrounding me every day!

Thank you for feeding me and giving me shelter and beauty to look at!

Oh Air, thank you for inspiring me with your vigor and strength.

Oh Mountains, thank you for reminding me to be a warrior and defend myself.

Oh Water, thank you for cleansing and soothing me, and comforting me!

Oh Animals, thank you for showing me all the moods and shapes of the Goddess’s Creation

Oh Prime Creator in all these Elements of Life, Thank you for Showing Yourself to me.

I am so happy to now behold You in all of matter and see that all of matter is reflecting You.

I see now that I too am in all things, and am the Maker of Beauty Itself as Prime Creator.”

Personally I feel that every day should be a day where we honor the Goddess, the feminine energy of Creation.

As we honor our bodies and feed ourselves only healthy food (fresh raw foods), and sleep sufficiently, and move in ways that we enjoy (exercise), as we honor our bodies this way, we are empowering the Goddess.

May you live to empower the Goddess, for without Her there is no life in this dimension.

I am suggesting worship of the Goddess, the Beauty of Nature, the sun, the stars, and the Universe.

She supports you with every step that you take!

The Japan Nuclear Event

Even though the Japan nuclear event is the most recent environmental disaster, in my opinion it is also the most polluting and destructive.

The Japan nuclear disaster has severely irritated Mother Earth and you must have methods by which you can immunize yourself from the mounting pollution of your world, including higher levels of nuclear pollution.

Your first instinct upon hearing about the nuclear waste being dumped into the oceans off of Japan might have beem to flee to parts of the world that are not easily reached by the ocean currents coming from Japan.

You are probably wondering:

“where in this world am I going to be safe now?”

I encourage you not to immediately think about relocating as far away as you can get from the ocean waters that are closest to Japan.

In reality, there is no way to simply escape the increased nuclear pollution that has resulted from the Japan event.

A large portion of the rain you experience comes from the ocean, and the rain that falls on the land near you goes into the water table.

Note that I am not thinking of you as living in any specific geographic location, because the rain that comes from evaporated ocean water near Japan travels all over the world.

The Japan-based nuclear waste in the oceans has already started to travel all over the world through the water cycle of Mother Earth.

I am very attuned to the levels of pollution in my environment because I have been developing ways to enhance my immune system for years!

I have already started to notice increased levels of pollution in my environment that I feel are directly tied to the nuclear waste from Japan.

What is not well known is that nuclear waste affects the magnetic field of the planet, and these disharmonious magnetic waveforms can travel around the globe very fast.

That is why you probably have been sensing an increased heaviness “in the air” since the Japan nuclear event began.

But in addition to the magnetic pollution, the ocean waters containing nuclear waste have already been evaporating into rain clouds and spreading around the entire planet.

Once the clouds containing nuclear waste elements rain down on land, the nuclear waste goes into the local water table and spreads across the land.

That is why some people are already reporting increased levels of pollution in cows’ milk in North America.

Cows eat grass, and grass drinks moisture from the earth as well as from rain water.

The rain water and the water in the water table which moisturizes the soil are both becoming toxic due to the nuclear pollution that originated in the oceans near Japan.

A body coding is a fancy word for the idea that I have intentionally changed my DNA structure and altered certain body functions and organ functions to accomplish a certain goal.

As you learn to bring Infinite Power down to your physical body, like a flower drawing upon Light from the Sun, then you can accomplish all of your goals of physical transformation.

You just need to learn to use it!

Turning Nuclear Pollution Into Water

Here is an example of how you can use your Infinite Power to make your body more healthy:

1. Sit still and deeply relax your whole body

2. Focus on deeply feeling the top of your head, doing the crown body activation that you can find in the Rama Radio section of my website www.evernewjoy.com.

You are just deeply feeling and merging with the top of your brain.

Do this for at least 5 to 10 minutes to deeply anchor your awareness in the brain.

3. Your brain is the command center where you can give your body new instructions and literally change your DNA as you firmly and deeply send your body the new signals of adaptation from your brain.

So here is the DNA thought pattern I recommend you radiate from your brain to your body:

Feel all nuclear pollution that is entering your body via magnetic waves or water, or even food itself.

Feel and envision this nuclear pollution as a grey mass, or however it appears to you in your inner vision.

Envision and FEEL this grey mass of distorted magnetic waves and atoms and molecules turning to rainbow colors.

Then feel the magnetic waves of nuclear pollution harmonizing into patterns that are compatible with earth’s gravitational field.

Feel the molecules and atoms and subatomic particles of nuclear waste turning into the same pattern as water.

In the case of subatomic particles, you can simply envision and feel these small bits of substance attaching themselves to the larger atoms and molecules, and then turning into water, or you can feel these small particles simply dispersing from your body entirely, since they can travel quite freely.

You are basically telling your brain to magnetically re-arrange the atomic structure of the nuclear pollution in your body into water.

This renders the formerly radioactive substance into a harmless substance that you will urinate out of your body, or use as a nutrient.

Is this possible to do?

YES.
